2. Buy classes

All classes at studioPOP are good for cycling OR yoga

3. Reserve

Cyclists reserve your bike. Yogis reserve your class time.

First time cyclists:

// Check out our Bike Safety Guidelines here.

// Arrive ~15 minutes before class starts. Our staff will show you around the studio and help you get your bike adjusted properly.

// Wear well-fitting athletic gear. You WILL sweat!

// Hydrate! Drink lots of water before and during class. (See comment about sweat above!)

// Eat a snack 45 minutes before class.

// Our bikes come equipped with SPD clips as well as toe cages, so you can wear cycling shoes (recommended) or sneakers. If you wear sneakers, ones with firm soles are best.

// Prepare to ROCK OUT.

// We have showers available so you can get clean and get on with your day!

First time yogis:

// Arrive ~15 minutes before class starts. Our staff will show you around the studio and show you the props we have available to enable your practice.

// We have mats available if you don't have your own.

// Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.

// Tune in and enjoy. Your practice is about you, no one else!

Studio Etiquette:

// Be on time. Latecomers disturb the vibe. If you're more than 5 minutes late, you'll have to wait for the next class. 

// Be present. Give yourself a break from the world. No phones in class. Ever

// Be cool. We're a family. We ride as a pack, we breathe together. Positive vibes keep the flow smooth, so leave drama at the door.
