4. Prepare to ROCK OUT
First time? No worries! Here's what you need to know:
// All of our classes are for all levels. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a first time exerciser, we'll make sure you get what you need out of the class
// All classes at StudioPOP are built on our signature CYCLE+ model. Here is a description of our class types.
// Check out our Bike Safety Guidelines here.
// Arrive ~15 minutes before class starts. Our staff will show you around the studio and help you get your bike adjusted properly.
// Wear well-fitting athletic gear. You WILL sweat! Don't worry, we provide towels.
// Hydrate! Drink lots of water before and during class. (See comment about sweat above!)
// Eat a snack 45 minutes before class.
// Our bikes come equipped with SPD (mountain-bike) clips as well as toe cages, so you can wear cycling shoes (recommended) or sneakers. If you wear sneakers, ones with firm soles are best
// We have Yoga mats available if you don't have your own.
// Tune in and enjoy. Your practice is about you, no one else!
// We have showers available so you can get clean and get on with your day
// Be on time. Latecomers disturb the vibe. If you're more than 5 minutes late, you'll have to wait for the next class.
// Be present. Give yourself a break from the world. No phones in class. Ever
// Be cool. We're a family. We ride as a pack, we breathe together. Positive vibes keep the flow smooth, so leave drama at the door.
